1. Ownership of Content by StudyFits
- All articles, guides, blog posts, educational resources, graphics, logos, and other original content published on Studyfits.com are the intellectual property of StudyFits (unless otherwise noted).
- This includes content that is produced or assisted by artificial intelligence from data compiled by StudyFits (for example, university, program, and service summaries); such content is StudyFits’s content and responsibility unless otherwise noted. See our Publishing Policies.
- These materials are protected under international copyright law. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
- You may share links to StudyFits pages and quote short excerpts (up to 100 words) for non-commercial purposes, provided that you give proper credit and link back to the source.
2. User-Generated Content
- Users may contribute posts, comments, questions, group discussions, images, or other materials (“User Content”) within the StudyFits community.
- By submitting User Content, you grant StudyFits a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute that content on the platform for the purpose of operating and improving the community.
- You retain ownership of your User Content; however, you are responsible for ensuring that it does not infringe on the rights of third parties (including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights).
- StudyFits reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these rules, infringes intellectual property, or is otherwise inappropriate.
3. Third-Party Materials
- Some materials (such as university logos, course descriptions, or third-party resources) may appear on StudyFits for informational or educational purposes. These remain the property of their respective owners and are used under fair use, applicable exceptions, or with permission.
- Factual information about universities, programs, and services may be compiled from the institutions themselves and from publicly available sources; it remains subject to the rights of those owners.
- If you believe your intellectual property has been used improperly on StudyFits, please contact us at info@studyfits.com with details, and we will review and act promptly.
4. Permissions for Reuse
- To request permission to reuse, republish, or adapt StudyFits content for commercial or educational purposes (e.g., in articles, presentations, research, or media), please contact info@studyfits.com before use.
- In most cases, we allow limited non-commercial sharing with proper attribution, but commercial use requires prior written agreement.
5. Reporting Infringement (Notice & Takedown)
If you are a copyright holder (or authorized agent) and believe that content on StudyFits infringes your rights, please send us a notice including:
- Your contact information;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on StudyFits;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on its behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Send notices to info@studyfits.com. We will review and, where appropriate, remove or restrict access to the material as required by applicable law (including EU notice-and-action rules).
Counter-notice. If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address, including: identification of the removed content and its previous location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was in error; your contact information; and your signature.
Repeat infringers. StudyFits may, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
6. Updates
StudyFits may update these policies from time to time to reflect changes in law, best practices, or platform operations. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly.
