These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StudyFits website, community, AI advisor and related services (together, the “Platform”). The Platform is operated by Polonyadayiz Ender Taş, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland, with its office in Wrocław, Poland (“StudyFits”, “we”, “us”). Contact: info@studyfits.com.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. What StudyFits Is (and Is Not)
StudyFits is an information and guidance platform for people who are exploring study opportunities abroad. We publish curated information about universities, programs, cities and services, we operate a community, and we provide digital tools, including an AI advisor, membership plans and a paid personalized report.
StudyFits is not a university, an education agency acting on behalf of any institution, a law firm, an immigration consultancy or a financial advisor. Admission, scholarship, visa, residence and pricing decisions are always made by the relevant universities, providers and official authorities. We act as an intermediary and information source only.
2. Registration and Accounts
You must provide accurate and current information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person may hold one account. We may suspend or delete accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 months, after reasonable notice where required by law.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you should involve a parent or guardian in any decision that has legal or financial consequences.
3. Membership Plans and the AI Advisor
StudyFits offers a free membership and paid membership plans (currently “AI Assistant” and “AI Assistant Pro”). Current features, prices and daily AI usage allowances for each plan are always shown on the Membership page at https://studyfits.com/membership/. The Membership page forms part of these Terms for the plan you purchase.
Key points that apply to all plans:
The AI advisor has a daily question allowance that depends on your plan (guests and each membership tier have different daily limits). Allowances reset daily and unused questions do not carry over.
Paid memberships are billed as recurring subscriptions through our payment provider. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. Statutory refund rights under Polish and EU consumer law remain unaffected; other refund requests can be sent to info@studyfits.com and are reviewed case by case.
We may change plan features or prices. Changes to the price of an active subscription will be announced in advance and apply from the next billing period, so you can cancel before they take effect.
4. The AI Advisor: Scope and Limits
The AI advisor is an automated assistant built on large language model technology. It uses our own curated catalog of universities, programs and related data, together with the information you share (your profile, saved programs, application checklist, previous conversations and, where applicable, your purchased report details) to give you personalized guidance.
You should understand and accept the following:
The AI advisor provides general informational guidance only. It does not provide legal, immigration, visa, tax, financial, medical or academic advice, and its answers are not professional advice of any kind.
AI outputs can be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Always verify important details (tuition, deadlines, admission and visa requirements) directly with the official sources before acting on them.
Conversations with the AI advisor are recorded and stored so that the assistant can remember your context across sessions, and so that our team can review quality and improve the service. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
If you upload a document for the AI document pre-check (for example a diploma or transcript), the file is analyzed once and then discarded. Files are not stored on our servers. Do not upload documents that belong to another person without their permission, and avoid uploading data you do not want processed (for example health data).
Do not enter sensitive personal data (such as health, religious or biometric information) into the chat. The assistant does not need it and we do not want to receive it.
The AI advisor does not make any binding decision about you. It only provides recommendations and information.
5. Admission Strategy Report (Paid One-Time Product)
The Admission Strategy Report is a paid, one-time digital product: a personalized report prepared for you on the basis of the information you submit in the order form. Unless stated otherwise at the point of purchase:
The report is delivered as a PDF to the email address you provide, normally within 2 business days of payment.
One free revision is included. You can request it if your plans change or when a new admission cycle publishes updated figures.
The report is prepared using our verified catalog and, where needed, official public sources, with the access dates shown in the report. Figures such as tuition fees and deadlines are those published for the admission cycle stated in the report and can be changed by the institutions at any time. The report is guidance, not a guarantee of admission, scholarship or visa.
Because the report is personalized digital content prepared specifically for you, you expressly request that we begin performance immediately after payment and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once the report has been delivered, to the extent permitted by Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act and corresponding EU rules. Statutory rights regarding defective services remain unaffected.
If you gave the optional consent in the order form, we may introduce you to the universities or providers recommended in your report, as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
We make no promise or guarantee of admission, enrollment, scholarship, visa, residence permit, accommodation or any other outcome. Meeting published requirements never guarantees acceptance, and institutions and authorities may change their requirements, prices and timelines without notice.
7. Information Accuracy
We work hard to keep our catalog accurate and to state the sources and dates of the information we publish. Nevertheless, information on the Platform (including AI answers and the paid report) may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. The binding versions of all requirements, prices and dates are those published by the relevant institution or authority. Always confirm directly before making decisions or payments.
Coverage: StudyFits is an expanding platform. Our verified catalog currently focuses on selected countries and institutions, at present primarily Poland, and new countries, universities and service providers are added over time. Listings, AI advisor answers and Admission Strategy Reports are based on the countries, institutions and providers active on the Platform at the time of your request, supplemented where appropriate by official public sources that we cite. If a country you are interested in is not yet covered, the AI advisor and our reports will say so openly. Current coverage can always be seen on the catalog pages of the Platform.
8. Connecting You with Universities and Providers
Where you ask us to (for example by submitting a contact form with your consent, or through the partner introduction consent in the report order), we share your relevant details with the specific university or service provider so that they can contact you. From that moment the institution processes your data as an independent controller and any agreement you enter into with them is between you and them. We are not a party to those agreements and are not responsible for the services, decisions, pricing or conduct of universities or providers.
9. User Content and Conduct
You are responsible for the content you post or submit and you confirm that it is lawful and accurate. By submitting content to public areas of the Platform you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host and display it as part of operating the Platform. Do not harass others, post unlawful content, send spam, attempt to breach security, scrape the Platform at scale or misuse the AI advisor (including attempts to extract other users’ data or to generate unlawful content). We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Affiliate Links and Sponsored Content
Some links on the Platform are affiliate links and may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Some partners may receive enhanced visibility (for example “Featured” placement), which we label appropriately. Affiliate or sponsorship relationships do not change our editorial standards for factual information.
11. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its content (texts, guides, data compilations, design, logos, software) are protected by intellectual property law. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link to the source. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit our content or data at scale without our written permission.
12. Availability and Liability
We aim to keep the Platform available and secure but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for damages arising from the use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; we are not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities (including missed application deadlines) or the acts of third parties, including universities, providers and technology suppliers. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability towards consumers under Polish and EU law.
13. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy at https://studyfits.com/privacy-policy/. The Privacy Policy explains, among other things, how AI conversations are processed and stored, which processors we use, and how partner introductions work.
14. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law or the security of the Platform. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, liability and governing law) remain in effect.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Platform or by email. The current version, with its date, is always available on this page. If you continue to use the Platform after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply. If you do not agree with a change, you can stop using the Platform and cancel your membership before the change takes effect.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Polish law and applicable EU law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Wrocław, Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that let you bring or defend claims in your country of residence. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
